I really get sick of this anti-Elon rhetoric around here. Can we not keep it to technical merits and not get sucked up into politics? The guy's clearly nuts, but he's also done an incredible amount of amazing things.
This isn't a technical article, though. It's about contracts, so one party's self-admitted habit of ignoring contractual obligations seems very relevant and not a random ad hominem.
