I'm curious if climate change is happening faster than human evolution can adapt. My instinct thinks we will adapt but a lot of people will suffer and die. Or will our technical skills (air conditioning) relieve the pressures that drive natural selection. For this reason, maybe the poor will suffer but ultimately adapt, and the rich won't.

I also wonder if technology acceleration might open us to solutions in the future that we can't think of right now, humanity is advancing very rapidly in many fields
